Designer's Choice Homes
Designer's Choice Homes
Designer’s Choice Homes focuses on personal service and communication; we maintain a very swift turn around on the plan development stages, including lots of opportunities for you to give input and feedback, so you can keep your project moving comfortably ahead.
Once the parameters of the project are understood between the Client (you) and Lindal Cedar Homes Dealer, we can enter into a simple Design Agreement (Lindal Sketch DSA). This cost effective design service brings over 30 years of architectural experience to your home at an extremely reasonable rate. This is due to the cooperative team effort we employ using your Lindal Cedar Homes Dealer representative to assist in information integration and data gathering on a local level. The initial design costs will save you money in the end as we identify, address, and create solutions well ahead of the construction phase. Your new home needs will address the following:
The layout needs to be respectful of your site. Each property has unique features, each client a specific vision. Incorporating how you live in your home, reflecting your lifestyle. Solutions must fit both form and function. Structurally sound building systems, yet fresh, new, and uniquely yours.
