This design has just won a CHBA National SAM Award for Custom Home of the Year in Canada, 2014. It's a unique layout that was done for one of ‘My House Design Build’ clients in Canada. The footprint utilizes every square foot possible between setbacks on an unusual shaped lot. The open Great Room, Kitchen, and adjacent outdoor living space are aligned to look directly out onto a golf course. The upper floor boasts 2 secondary bedrooms – each with it’s own private bath, and a large bonus room above the garage. The skybridge connecting the 2 upstairs bedrooms is wide enough for a reading alcove, and overlooks both the Entry and Great Room areas.
