This design was done for a ‘My House Design Build’ client in Canada. The focus was to give all main rooms a view of the pool despite a narrow lot in an urban setting. The result is a private yet open feel to the flow and function of the home. The upper loft floor has a secondary bedroom, bath, and office, while the full size basement has a family room, media room, and secondary master suite. This house won the GVHBA Ovation Award for Best Custom Home valued at $900,00 to $1,500.00.
